ShadowProtect IT Edition provides IT Professionals a bootable Windows environment to create and restore compressed and encrypted ExactState backup images. ShadowProtect IT Edition includes an easy to use interface for network configuration and a simple view to restore individual files or folders or update your backup images. Save backups to network drives, SAN, NAS, iSCSI, SCSI, USB or FireWire.

ShadowProtect IT Edition provides complete bare metal recovery in minutes. ShadowProtect IT Edition supports server and PC Windows operating systems. ShadowProtect IT Edition supports FAT, FAT32

Annual Technician License Subscription Information

 

The ShadowProtect IT Version 3.0 Technician License is issued based on licensee’s payment of an annual subscription fee.  The initial subscription fee covers the first year license payment.  Updates to the software are distributed quarterly throughout the subscription year.  The Licensee does not receive a permanent license and, in order to enjoy continued use of the software, must renew the subscription annually. The software will time out and cease to operate (20) days following the end of the fourth calendar quarter of the current annual subscription. The annual renewal fee will be posted on the StorageCraft website at http://www.storagecraft.com and at participating reseller websites.

ShadowProtect IT Edition is licensed per technician (Designated Technician).  The technician can use ShadowProtect IT Edition on an unlimited number of servers and desktops.  However, the Licensed Technician is prohibited from simultaneously using ShadowProtect IT Edition on more than one computer (server or desktop).  A Licensed Technician can be temporarily replaced under the terms of the License Agreement.  A License Technician must be an employee of the Licensee or an employee of a company that has maintenance or service responsibility with respect to third party equipment.
